✅ Applicable refunds
You may only request a refund in the following cases:

Incomplete order or with missing units
🚫 Refunds are not accepted for:

Opened, used or manipulated products (for hygiene and health reasons).
Damage caused by misuse or incorrect storage.
Delays beyond Morfeel's control attributable to the parcel service.
Products purchased in promotions or final sales (clearances).

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used, within an estimated 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment platform and the issuing bank.
🔁 In some cases, product replacement will apply.
When possible, we will offer you a replacement product at no additional cost, instead of a refund. This option will be evaluated based on availability and the type of case.
📦 Product return (if applicable)
In some cases, we may request the product be returned for evaluation. Return shipping costs are Morfeel's responsibility only if the error was ours.
