We ship throughout Mexico through reliable courier companies such as Estafeta, Redpack, FedEx, DHL, and others, depending on availability and destination.
📦 Processing times
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
⏱️ Estimated delivery times
Standard Shipping: 1 to 7 business days (depending on destination).
Express Shipping: 1 to 4 business days (if available in your area).
Note: Delivery times may vary due to causes beyond Morfeel's control, such as logistical delays by parcel carriers or weather conditions.
💸 Shipping cost
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination and weight of the order.
Free shipping on purchases over $[899], applicable only in national territory.
🎯 Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking number so you can track your package directly on your assigned carrier's website.
🚫 Incorrect or incomplete addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete address. Morfeel is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
🛑 Failed delivery attempts
If the courier makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package may be returned to our facilities. In this case, the shipping cost for reshipping will be charged again.
